I booked an appointment at Steele Derm for my teenage son, he is 14 years old. His acne was uncontrollable! No big brand products seem to work, honestly it made his flare ups worse. My son was seen by Dr. Steele - Johnson’s PA Ashley Park. Her professionalism, and caring heart let me know my son was in good hands. She recommended his regimen consist of Steele Dermatology products. He uses the cleansers, exfoliating pads, HA serum, perfect moisture and the SPF. Today was my very first visit. I am very new to Georgia. From the time I stepped through the door, I was very pleased. Very nice office, great staff, pleasant and very welcoming. I hadn't done my pre-registration for my appointment, and Jessica at the front desk was beyond helpful, pleasant and just really kind---as was everyone working there. I prepaid Steele Dermatology for cosmetic treatments and later canceled the unused portion in writing. Despite multiple written requests, Steele Dermatology has kept more than $2,100 of my money for services never performed and has withheld my medical records for over six months. I first requested my full treatment records back in April 2025, and to this day (October 8, 2025) they have not provided them, nor have they sent the “form” they now claim is required.
