Today was my very first visit. I am very new to Georgia. From the time I stepped through the door, I was very pleased. Very nice office, great staff, pleasant and very welcoming. I hadn't done my pre-registration for my appointment, and Jessica at the front desk was beyond helpful, pleasant and just really kind---as was everyone working there. I prepaid Steele Dermatology for cosmetic treatments and later canceled the unused portion in writing. Despite multiple written requests, Steele Dermatology has kept more than $2,100 of my money for services never performed and has withheld my medical records for over six months. I first requested my full treatment records back in April 2025, and to this day (October 8, 2025) they have not provided them, nor have they sent the “form” they now claim is required. She’s very patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable discussing my skin concerns.
