Central Air Conditioning and Furnace – Both our AC and Furnace were about 50 years old, and the AC stopped working. Because the AC and the Heating System were interconnected, we found out that we needed to change both. We asked for estimates from at least 4 companies, and were wondering if we could afford that expense at this time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – Just had an ignitor replaced. $450 15 minute job, 9:00am Saturday morning. $99 service call + $350 FOR THE IGNITOR!!! Talked to the owner, said it would be $65 part at the shop. Found it for half that price on the web. $385 for 15 minutes work?!?! Owner otherwise, completely, unhelpful. LESSON: Keep spare ignitor on hand and be willing to loosen one screw on the furnace to install and use Littleton Heating instead of these guys. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
