Pretty good job Steele Brothers came in with a very competitive bid and completed the job in a clean, timely manner. There was a minor problem with the initial inspection, but John Donahoe was on top of making it right quickly.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Just had an ignitor replaced. $450 15 minute job, 9:00am Saturday morning. $99 service call + $350 FOR THE IGNITOR!!! Talked to the owner, said it would be $65 part at the shop. Found it for half that price on the web. $385 for 15 minutes work?!?! Owner otherwise, completely, unhelpful. LESSON: Keep spare ignitor on hand and be willing to loosen one screw on the furnace to install and use Littleton Heating instead of these guys. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
