want to start by saying the front-desk/administrative staff have been consistently kind and compassionate. When I was visibly upset, they brought me water, tissues, and treated me with real empathy. They are the only people at this dealership who have been. Unfortunately, my experience with sales and management has been the complete opposite. Made an appointment to have my winter tires installed and stated that I didn’t require the TPMS I bought my rims at CT. I wasn’t advised when I made the appointment or when I purchased the vechile that Toyota wouldn’t change my tires unless the rims had the TPMS. I mentioned this when I was there today and the answer I received was” well I’m telling you now”. I understand this may be a safety concern for Toyota but wish this was made clear sooner and in a friendlier tone. Thank you for your time.
