Did an online application and received a phone call from one of the representatives stating that they have no problem getting me approved. If you have a older high mileage vehicle that you owe money on still don't bother going to them A week later and the only way I knew the status of my application is if I called or sent an email. A relative close to me purchased a vehicle from Steele Auto in Dartmouth Nova Scotia and it has been the worst experience of his life. He purchased a 2020 Subaru Impreza and was told the car was in great working condition, had a fresh MVI and inspection sticker on it and it was ready to drive off the lot. We purchased a very nice 2017 Buick Enclave at Steel Chevrolet in August 2023. Could not have been treated better! Although the car probably would have passed MVI, they put all new tires and brakes on the car. Also gave us a great deal on undercoat and detail/protectant package. The air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air so they recharged the unit. The recharge lasted for the remainder of the season but the following year was blowing warm air again.
