Made an appointment to have my winter tires installed and stated that I didn’t require the TPMS I bought my rims at CT. I wasn’t advised when I made the appointment or when I purchased the vechile that Toyota wouldn’t change my tires unless the rims had the TPMS. I mentioned this when I was there today and the answer I received was” well I’m telling you now”. I understand this may be a safety concern for Toyota but wish this was made clear sooner and in a friendlier tone. Thank you for your time.
