Disappointed – First off let me say that salon is trendy, and I was excited knowing that Tina was a Master Colorist with Redken and could not wait for my first appointment. I walked away with beautiful highlights, and excited for my next appointment! Sadly, this excitement was short lived by appointment number three the quality of service began to decline. Just ok. ...For the price I had greater expectations ! – I was looking forward to a place close to home that had an experieced stylist. I have to say I was a bit disappointed...the shop is clean and the place is ok ...but for the price I was expecting a more skilled stylist and color specialist. Disappointed.
Awsome Stylist I love Steel Roots. Tina usually does my hair but Jessica is a senior stylist there and she has done my hair as well. Both are great at what they do . Tina has done a wonderful job at working with her staff and futhering thier education. I would highly recomend Steel Roots !
okay I had a simple bob cut done, and it took way longer than I would of liked---the stylist took a phone call while doing my hair. I will say she was very friendly, and the rest of the staff seemed friendly also...
I feel beautiful I visited Steel Roots On Saturday Feb 27 for a color appt, Tina you did a fantastic job I felt so beautiful when I left, you showed me that older women can wear their hair a little trendy ! Thank you. I will tell everyone I know.
