Overall the building serves its purpose it does have a leak from the roof that wasn't noticed until we got rain about 2 months after installation which happens to be after the 30 day warranty. When I reached out to Andrea to see if they might actually stand behind their product and offer to get this issue fixed (since it was clearly there from the time of installation) I was given the advice to replace the screws because they can become worn. Went in and sat down with the salesman and worked out what we wanted. He gave me a good price and we signed a contract. Put money down . Now, one day away from installation, they say he did not include the price of the sides. The pictures he printed and the price he gave to me were including the sides. I feel as though they are trying to get more money out of me due to there incompetence.
I placed an order for a carport with Jonathan Peterson. Was not able to get the permits needed due to offices being closed due to covid-19 so tried cancelling got the run around didn't return my calls and didn't want to return my deposit worst experience ever!!
