Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to

Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them

Yes Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously

Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes, they always have specials going on Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
