Shame on you, you took an oath to protect animals and let Patrick's bulldog die, after laying in the hot sun. You know that you should have treated the dog immediately, and you could of had your staff do this. I can only surmise that you didn't treat the dog because you were afraid you wouldn't get paid. You knew the owner was on the way. Pathetic!!!
To all concerned about the death of Daisy. I am not going to start with anything but the facts of the situation as they happened up to the time Daisy’s owner showed up at Steckelberg Vet Clinic to pick her up. How could you not help Patrick and Tracy's bulldog? You left her laying in the sun when she was overheated and didn't provide any medical attention. Isn't that your role? The poor dog died as a result of your lack of care.
Why did you let Patrick's bulldog die in the hot sun and do absolutely nothing to help?.... What kind of person would do something like this?..... Sounds like a vet who has no compassion on an animal unless they are being paid to.... I would avoid this place like the plague...

We are celebrating Sadie's 14th birthday today thanks to this wonderful vet clinic. Sadie suffered a severe seizure last December. Our regular vet of over 30 years would not see her after hours. We called Kurt and he told us to bring her up. He took the time to treat her even though he had plans to attend an ISU basketball game. We really thought we had lost her. A few days later we brought her home. She continued to improve and we could not be happier with the outcome. Thank you.
