I have been driving back and forth to this clinic for 4 years, because I tried going to 4 different vets in the Cedar Rapids area, and never found any that I felt I could trust with my 2 dog's lives. I recently had to put 1 of the dogs to sleep due to lung cancer, and had difficulty making that decision. They allowed me to sit with my dog for some time, and make the decision. They have been the kindest and most caring of all the vets, I have encountered! Thank you so much for that caring!
Took my cat in to get fixed. Been here twice so far very kind and generous staff there they answered all my questions and taking good care of her.
I was able to call them and get professional information, when I saw serious symptoms they worked me into a full schedule. They treated both Faith and myself with care and compassion. They told me to call anytime for updates and progress, and we're always polite and caring. If your looking for the best care and caring and devoted staff come here. �
Just want to thank you guys for attempting to save my beloved Skeeter this week! I appreciate you taking him on even though he had never been to you guys before and for you working him in even though you guys were full for the day!! Also thanks to Dr. Steckelberg for coming in after hours last night in an attempt to re-evaluate him.
