We have bought 10 cars over 15 years from Stearns. The customer service is off the charts. The family atmosphere is wonderful. They are honest good people that genuinely care for their customers. Anytime I have had a question after a purchase of a car they were there to help. I won’t ever go to a big dealership when I have a family owned dealership that offers great cars at amazing prices with terrific service.

This is as good as it gets with car dealerships. Rod, Rick, and Zac made my wife and I feel at home during our recent purchase. Each one of them took the time to discuss multiple options with us, both the pros and the cons of different vehicles. There were no hidden fees or rushing through the process and when we were ready to make the deal, they all stayed after their normal business hours to make it happen.
After a few rough experiences I was referred to these guys. I would definitely give them 10/10! They are amazing and willing to work with you with no rush. I’m extremely happy with my experience!

Very disappointed I just waited 15 minutes for the “next salesman up” to come speak to me about the charger and I guess since I was wearing my work clothes I wasn’t worthy enough for a salesman to come speak to me.
