Brandon Pugh was my mortgage officer and he's legitimately the most knowledgeable person I've met as far as this kind of thing goes, and Stearns is an incredible organization. Full disclosure, we are cousins, but that part truly has no bearing on how impressed I've been, as I keep a healthy skepticism with these sorts of things, especially with family involved. Leigh was absolutely amazing! My loan was not a perfect "inside the box" loan and required a lot of explanationand paperwork.
