Tourists beware!!! I have been coming to steam works for about 20 years been over 100 times. Went last night and ordered the Cajun boil it came out about a quarter of the size of what meal was supposed to be. When I questioned the waitress she assured me it was all there. but I've been here plenty of times to know that it wasn't. After repeatedly asking finally brought 1/4 pound of shrimp. This place was amazing! Great food, awesome beer selection! Good customer service! Most definitely favorite spot in Durango
I always go to Steamworks when I'm in Durango. Great food at reasonable prices. The only downside I can think of is the wait during peak hours, but it's honestly worth it.
My family and I are here from Texas for a fun vacation and for my daughter to see snow for the first time! We went here on a recommendation from 2 locals and it was worth it! We got the BBQ pizza, pepperoni pizza, chicken strip kids meal and salmon. The BBQ pizza was by far my favorite dish of the night!!!! My daughter asked to go back again!
Great crab boil and wonderful serves. Don't let the wait scare you. They told us an hour, we were seated in ~20 mins. Highly recommend when your in Durango, CO.
Best Fish Tacos I've had. The Ale Diablo is a winner as well!
Great selection of craft beers and good food too!
Waited for an hour to sit down on a Monday night but it was worth the wait! Great food and all staff is friendly, their beer is really good too!
