I was having severe lower back pain and went in for a massage with Seth and I have not had a massage this good in years. Seth has a technique down that is fabulous. He used a slow, deep, smooth massage the entire hour and a half and located all the spots that were causing the pain. I walked out of there pain free, and relaxed. I highly recommend to ask for Seth if your looking for someone who knows how the body moves. Thank you Seth and Heidi (the owner) for your wonderful service and personal care. B Thomas

I have been seeing heidi at steamboat health and wellness now for 14 years. When I first started going to her I could barely walk Heidi is awesome and will do deep deep thearpy if you need it like I do or she will suggest a therapist in her office that can definetly take care of your massage needs I have seen Carly and if you ask her she can do deep thearpy I live in Az now but always make a stop at steamboat wellness for a relaxing deep tissue massage Thank you for healing
