You won’t be disappointed with anything on the menu. The smoked wings w/ salt and pepper dry rub are incredible! You will love them (personal guarantee)!

the food and kitchen staff are top drawer, especially the guy wearing the Cowboys ball cap. What needs to change is the young heavyset cashier/order taker, she is not friendly nor does she smile and I think in that type of position you need to be more customer service oriented (I myself was in the culinary industry for 10 years) there are many people needing work that could probably do a better job at that position.
We had chicken wings, brisket, burnt ends, catfish and pulled pork. We had onion rings, fries, and fried pickles for sides. Best BBQ I’ve had in years! I’m a very happy fat girl right now!

Not only is the food outstanding so is the customer service. Last week I had a little issue for the first time ever in 3+years. The response I got back blew me away and made my day. I absolutely love this place. The best brisket. The burnt ends are bits of heaven. Just need a dash of one of there fabulous sauces. Steamboat is one of my happy places. Thanks so much for your awesome food and service. You definitely have a customer forever with me!
