Great job on my son’s carpet of house he just bought. After owner moved out, he discovered some purple stains (Grape drink?). At first the tech said honestly we may not be able to get that out. They did! My house next week!👍

Steamatic performed an AC Duct Cleaning service for us yesterday. Arrived on time, very professional and efficient. Adam, Clayton, and Terrance were extremely polite, had a good working relationship and all had a happy, positive attitude! Thank you!
Steamatic of Columbus cancelled my appt 30 minutes before they were due to arrive and told me they could reschedule for the following week. My family's whole day was scheduled around this appt. This was not acceptable. The customer service involved in this event was terrible. The lady on the phone was rude and unapologetic. I have used them before and they cleaned the carpets alright but after this, I won't use them again.
No stars. Moved out of a rental and scheduled the carpet cleaning a week in advance. They called 30 minutes before the appointment and said they had an emergency call and would try to "squeeze us in"- but with no guarantee These people are unprofessional and inconsiderate.
The Steamatic guys are great...prompt, courteous and they do an excellent job.
