Sometimes there are just not enough stars to give in a review. I had the misfortune of coming home around 10:30 PM towards the end of October last year to find my house inundated with sewerage due to a blockage in the street. Katie called the following morning to advise that Steamatic were coming out to begin cleaning up and to strip the house out. Thank you Katie & your team for looking our home getting rid of all the mould in the house and looking after our contents for almost a year! The support, professionalism & care showed to us at one of the worst times in our life was greatly appreciated and won’t be forgotten. Rocked up late, broke a vent and then avoided responsibility by saying 'old house' despite the heating system being not so old, proceeded to waste my wifes morning in which she was meant to be working. Couldnt do the job but manager did come out and replace the broken vent (and was nice about it) to his credit.
Over charged me for 2 people x2.5 hours $66 dollars total $330 dollars. And did nothing just a services call. Very disappointed will never use or call them again. Over priced!
