We had these guys out for some mold remediation a while back. They "cleaned it out and fixed it up". We'll we have mold again because they didn't actually fix the things they charged us for. Scam! *edit: they SAID they replaced the boot register insulation and charged me for it, but they actually did not. This was confirmed by 2 other hvac companies. SCAM! *edit: I've also been trying to talk with them, a manager Wes, and am now getting ghosted. Seems like bad customer service too.
Mario is extremely helpful, and does an amazing job. I continue to request him because of his attention to detail and expertise. Highly recommend!
