While the team that came to my home was quick and courteous my carpets we're still left with soiled spots would not use again

Came out on a Saturday for us at the time promised and called ahead like promised. Cleaned the whole well and was much cheaper than Stanley Steamer. Definitely recommend!
My first time using Steam Team ! I wasn't present for the actual cleaning, but was told they were very efficient and through. The job was completed by the time I arrived!! (Sorry you guys had to wait on me) . Small house, lol. I arrived to pay for the service and was presented with an invoice that said "NO CHARGE" I thought he was messing with me.
