They did an amazing job on our 1950's home they had excellent and affordable solutions to are heating and air conditioning duct cleaning. not any thing I can say they could have done better. and I'm a real person lol. they just did a great job.

The team was so friendly and professional. They were patient with my inquisitive daughter and skittish dog. When they weren’t happy with how my stairs turned out, they did them again (and they look amazing!) I appreciate being able to text to set up my appointment, quick response, a phone call when on their way, and an explanation of services before leaving. One of the few that cleans ducts right.
Josh and his crew have been amazing! They listened to our situation and were able to provide services tailored to exactly what we needed. When a road block was hit with our HVAC system, they provided specific guidance on what we needed to do and offered to come back when it was resolved. The carpets, tile, & upholstery were done perfectly. We found SteamTeam to be responsive, professional, and knowledgeable.
Will never use or recommend this company to anyone. As a business owner myself, I would never treat someone this way and have never had worse customer service. The first visit to my home resulted in a scratched kitchen floor that nothing was done about. I gave them a second chance and had them come to my business to clean my tile floors and was treated with complete disrespect and acted like it was an inconvenience and a burden.
