Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Do NOT do service with them. I had my carpet cleaning scheduled and was quoted the highest it would be. They called the day before and asked to move it to a different time 2 hours later. The next day I waited at 10 (the new time they gave me) and no one showed up till an hour and a half later which the carpet was supposed to be fully cleaned by 12. Driver doing about 45 miles an hour down a residential street. Wouldn't do business here. Clearly the employees aren't paid enough to give a shit about the residents the company attempts to serve.
