They will steal your money (almost $1000!!!!) tell you that it is a guarantee, but then when it was not good enough, they made me pay to have them come back the second time for the additional pet treatment. Then my landlord still said that it wasnt good enough and had to use his own cleaner and replace the carpet so they should’ve just been upfront with me in the first place that it wasn’t going to work and not lie about their guarantee they didn’t give me any money back either! Worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Do NOT do service with them. I had my carpet cleaning scheduled and was quoted the highest it would be. They called the day before and asked to move it to a different time 2 hours later. The next day I waited at 10 (the new time they gave me) and no one showed up till an hour and a half later which the carpet was supposed to be fully cleaned by 12. Driver doing about 45 miles an hour down a residential street. Wouldn't do business here. Clearly the employees aren't paid enough to give a shit about the residents the company attempts to serve.
