We liked the look and the valet parking is great. We had been there years ago and had a bad experience so we never went back. So with the makeover we thought we would try again. We made reservations a week in advance. When we got there no reservation, but we were seated quickly. Ordered appetizers they came and we very good. Our food order never came, 30 minutes or more. Absolutely AMAZING wedding venue. Kelli made my wedding dreams come true! Absolutely wonderful service through my entire planning process and so smooth during the wedding day. Food was fabulous as well as drinks. Cannot rave enough about the service, everyone was so cheerful and went above and beyond to help make my day perfect! (Even staying well past 9pm the night before to help me set up the reception room).
Absolutely atrocious management. Our party of 8 had a reservation at 7:45. Table wasn't ready, no big deal, it's a busy Friday so let's grab a beer & check out the remodel. After about 20 mins & no update we asked a passing server for a status update. Nothing, no table. Another 20 mins go by & we checked with the hostess. Nothing, no table. No apologies. We made reservations and were very excited to see the new remodel. Our table wasn’t ready when we arrived and still wasn’t ready an hour later. We were willing to be patient but the management never apologized or made any attempt to make the situation right for us. It’s disappointing that a Spokane icon would treat folks so poorly. Here’s hoping they figure out how to handle reservations and customer service in the future.
Took my sister to dinner for her birthday. Honestly... worst thing I ever did. Spent so much for dinner for everything to one. Not be that good and we waited over a hour for our food and 1 1/2 hrs just to get a drink. I felt so bad I choose the place. Waiter was nice but not one thing I asked for we got. I will never go there again. Which sucked cause I really loved the place before.
