They did a fantastic job! Even got some old stains out that I did not think would ever come out! Very detailed...even noticed gum in my rug and got it out:) I would recommend them!
I had the best carpet cleaning service ever. My carpets were horrible. BRAD WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS HE WAS USING.I will be using Steam Masters again and will ask for Brad.
Richard did a thorough cleaning job and explain the cleaning as well as drying process well. Gave some great tips for spot treatment between cleanings. I had pet stains that were set in and they were improved quite a bit. Richard seems very knowledgable about carpet cleaning and also appears to enjoy the job.
Brad Lacher did an excellent job and went the extra mile. Awesome service!!!!
