Had another company clean the carpets in the house and do a poor job, so I called Steam Masters and they were able to have Rick come out early the next day. The carpets went from looking like someone just vacuumed them to almost brand new after he was finished. Very happy with the service and will be recommending and using this company in the future. Was also cheaper than what I paid the first time!
