JD was awesome. He was super easy to work with. scheduling was easy and he made my carpets look new. i definitely recommend Steam Master all around.

We had our carpets cleaned by then and they are very professional. The carpets look great and with 3 dogs and 4 kids they were a mess. It did not take them long to clean them or for them to dry. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking at having their carpets cleaned.
The carpet on my stairs (only carpet in the house) looks brand new. They did a fantastic job. Great customer service. They stand by their work. Easy communication. I highly recommend this company!
