I had a serious odor issue in the backseat of my truck after discovering a major spill that had been sitting for a couple of days. The smell was extremely strong, but JD got me in the same day and thoroughly cleaned everything. The smell is completely gone, and there are no stains or signs there was ever an issue. JD provided outstanding customer service, stood behind his work, and made sure everything was taken care of. Professional, responsive, and thorough — highly recommend!
