JD from Steam Master did a terrific job on cleaning my two extremely dirty, but well-made kidney shaped couches. The matching white couches hadn't been cleaned for more than four years and had many large and small areas of greasy stains. He also cleaned five area rugs for me. JD arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable about cleaning. He applied a pretreatment to the entire couch, focusing especially on the greasy spots and stains. These guys were very sweet, informative, and our carpet looked amazing when they left!! They even came back later to take care of some deeper stains that came up later. Very reasonable pricing too!
