Steam Master did an excellent job on my carpets and sectional couch. They also removed pet urine stains I didn't even know were there from the previous owners and wax! The amazing thing is that the carpets were just cleaned by another local 5star company 3 weeks ago and they weren't able to get out any of those stains and it is Significantly cleaner overall now. Highly Recommend Steam Master!
I had the worst experience. $129 for 3 bedrooms and a living room sounded great and a great opportunity to try out a new company.. first he tried up selling us for something we didn’t want. All we wanted was clean carpets. Didn’t happen! Don’t waist your time. Picture shows the quality after. When asked to come back he said his business was done. That we get what we pay for. Well clearly not a clean carpet.
