Cancelled on me twice. 1st time due to double booking, second time due to rain. I was told they couldn't get their trailer out. And they called 5 minutes after my appointment was to start. I had already moved all the furniture. Asked if I wanted to reschedule. No thank you.
Arrived late, they did call to inform. Incompetent knowledge in using their equipment. We have have many other carpet cleaners use different hook ups and they were clueless. Ended up damaging their equipment and leaking water on my floor. Making more of a mess for me to clean up. My floors looked great but now 5 days later, not so great.
