Apex # 1 Carpet Cleaner is Steam Machine Carpet Cleaning. I have used this company 8 times and never had any problems. They do great work at a great price. I also love the Scotch Gard special they have! Cant be beat! C. Wells Apex NC

What a Excellent job cleaning our carpets. Very happy with the services, they made 10 year old carpet look great. The guys came and did a great job!! Very upfront and easy to talk to. I would of course rehire them to come back any time and do the cleaning process again. Excellent and an immediate 5 stars.

First I will start with customer service. Tom was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and I got an appointment within the week (my schedule is awful). When he arrived, he quickly explained what he was going to do without the pressure of upselling. He educated me on a few items about carpets in general that were very helpful. He and his son, Alex, did an excellent job of cleaning the high traffic areas of our home that had not been cleaned in a few years (lack of time!). "We love them. They are very good and very reliable. They did a great job. We really like them and they are fantastic. We can contact them over the internet. We can fix a schedule and everything through it. Then they will call us back and confirm what we want; then they will come out and do the work. We had water which they could have used, but they carry their own water to clean the carpets. They did a great job. We like their price and they are great. We will use Steam Machine again in the future."

Steam Machine Carpet Cleaning of Apex did such a good job that I already have refered them to my friends. When Ken offered us 3M ScotchGard carpet protector for the whole house for only $60 I thought that this was a joke! In Fact the last three carpet cleaners charged me over $150! No Joke, not only did I watch Ken pour the ScotchGard from its container into a sprayer, but I watched as it was applied! No scam here, these are honest carpet cleaners (it's about time). Greatest Carpet Cleaner – We just received a very good and prompt carpet cleaning and spot removal service from Tom and Alex, who was very prompt in returning our calls and quick to provide us with the information we needed to resolve our carpet issues.
