This company used a bait and switch tactic to charge me 300% the price advertised on their website. It was perfectly legal and sneakily used shame tactics to take advantage of me--a nice person. When the man arrived, he told me the carpet required more than the 'regular' amount of cleaning and said it would be $300. I just wanted the carpet cleaned so I agreed to it. Absolutely horrific *******. disrespectful, rude and unbelievably inappropriate. I made an appointment on Tuesday to have someone come out and do some upholstery cleaning for me. They requested a Window of 8-10am. They did not show nor call. I called the company and rescheduled with them from 2-4 pm. I requested their services to clean half my room. They advertise for rooms under $100 and they changed me over $200 for HALF of ONE room. They also kept trying to upsell me on other cleaning services, c constantly making me get up to go into the room that they were cleaning when I am battling cancer I lost my hair and it is very apparent that I am sick they would not leave me alone to rest well they cleaned my bedroom. steam green carpet cleaning bast service I saw that Los Steam green carpet Cleaning used green products and that is what attracted me to them initially. They came over and cleaned the carpet for a really low price and they even offered me a great deal for next tie. I appreciate their excellent services.

Great cleaners ! Gio did an amazing job! My carpet needed deep cleaning due to pet damage and he made the carpets better than before we moved in. I will recommend this company to friends and family. They came on time and stayed til the job was done right at a great price. Very Professional - best carpet service ever.
