The technician is amazing there is no other way to describe it. He explains to you what is the best carpets to buy for easy maintenance. he is extremely professional, respectful, thorough, fast, efficient and extremely helpful. I’ve had questions on rugs before I even bought them and he was honest with me on which would be the best to maintain. There are not enough amazing things to say.
