I purchased a 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 and wanted a way to carry our bikes to local trails, so I was specifically looking for a bike-rack hitch, not a traditional tow hitch. Unfortunately, the dealership did not offer a non-towing hitch option, which led me to Stealth Hitches. We are super satisfied with Stealth hitches for our Audi suv and their customer service couldn’t have been more helpful! Thank you Jeremy for being so responsive to our make and model questions. We’ve taken it on multiple trips and works great for our e-bikes.

Buyer beware. Bought a Stealth Hidden Hitch for my 2017 BMW X5 in late May. Product seemed okay, but support has been awful. Email took over a week for a useless reply. Follow-up emails ignored. Called the support line. Richard was useless and could care less about resolving issue. For this price, the lack of support is unacceptable. Avoid this brand.
Terrible customer service. Ordered accessory kit and cannot install it due to the correct bolts were not included. Tried communicating with them but they just stopped responding. Unbelievable.
