Buyer beware. Bought a Stealth Hidden Hitch for my 2017 BMW X5 in late May. Product seemed okay, but support has been awful. Email took over a week for a useless reply. Follow-up emails ignored. Called the support line. Richard was useless and could care less about resolving issue. For this price, the lack of support is unacceptable. Avoid this brand.
Terrible customer service. Ordered accessory kit and cannot install it due to the correct bolts were not included. Tried communicating with them but they just stopped responding. Unbelievable.
Recently, I had a Stealth Hitch installed on my 2022 BMW X5 40i (All wheel drive). This vehicle did not have the S8SL package. Installed the Rack + Tow Combo w/Stealth Wiring Harness. The installation was completed by A & A Trailer Hitch Center, Inc of Bradenton, FL. [I highly recommend these folks. They did an outstanding job and took excellent care of my vehicle. Good luck with after sales support. Followed up way too many times with no initiative taken. get stealth if you would like your car degrades. Comfort access no longer works. BMW Diagnostic shows a video which I have just posted to YouTube. Showing source of issue.I have also taken it to usual where they did a diagnostic and said my harness compartment is a disaster and to risky to diagnose and fix. They expressed concern for loose wires everywhere and close to battery terminals, someone which were stripped and showing metal.... read more
Got a Stealth Hitch installed on my BMW X3 a few years ago but misplaced the keys after last winter when I used the hitch to take my snowblower into the shop. Called in and gave them the key information and no problem sending me a replacement. Great service even for someone who didn't buy direct from them. Highly recommend!
