I purchased a new BMW X5 50e and wanted the capability to match the utility of my aging Jeep Grand Cherokee and still maintain the car's styling and have a hitch that would not be visible below the bumper. Buyer beware. Bought a Stealth Hidden Hitch for my 2017 BMW X5 in late May. Product seemed okay, but support has been awful. Email took over a week for a useless reply. Follow-up emails ignored. Called the support line. Richard was useless and could care less about resolving issue. For this price, the lack of support is unacceptable. Avoid this brand.
Terrible customer service. Ordered accessory kit and cannot install it due to the correct bolts were not included. Tried communicating with them but they just stopped responding. Unbelievable.
Recently, I had a Stealth Hitch installed on my 2022 BMW X5 40i (All wheel drive). This vehicle did not have the S8SL package. Installed the Rack + Tow Combo w/Stealth Wiring Harness. The installation was completed by A & A Trailer Hitch Center, Inc of Bradenton, FL. [I highly recommend these folks. They did an outstanding job and took excellent care of my vehicle.
