Well I'll be danged if that ain't the best steak I've ever eaten. My server talked me into the Cowboy Ribeye and it bout swept me off my feet. I'm very pleased and I will definitely be back soon.
Try the prime rib. They put vegetables in the au jus and they are a side dish in themselves.
