New management at Steaks Eatery? Wife and I stopped in yesterday evening for a birthday dinner. Waited 40 minutes and finally realized we weren't going to be seated. Ever. Wife convinced me to let her speak with the scheduler to avoid the inevitable confrontation. She found out our names had been crossed out earlier. First thing the two women she spoke with did was BLAME HER. Tried to tell her we had failed to respond to our name being called. Bull! We sat facing the desk to make sure not to miss our name called. I've traveled extensively all over America... and steals eatery is by far the best steak I've ever had. If I'm within a two hour drive I will make the extra trip just to eat there... I just wish they would put one on the east coast!!!!
