Excellent food and service clean place no complaints decent prices
Worst service ever! They forgot part of our order, went to remind them again only to forget once again. Once we were ready to leave they brought the rest of the order. We had to ask for refills. Never seen such bad service.
This was my first time here... Very good service ..very. good food... Will be back....
They were extremely busy but managed to serve me and my son without a problem food was good server was nice very good first experience at a Steak 'n Shake ��
The Steak n Shake on Wendover in Greensboro NC, the server was horrible, the service took forever bring our drinks, he kept forgetting his pen and pad. Then it took him forever to bring us our food. Brought us the wrong receipt and the shades and window seal needed to be cleaned bad. The manner didn’t say one word to anybody working in there. Worse service ever. It will be awhile before going back. They need to step up there game or there going to lose more business.
Worst service I've had in a very long time. Cups were extremely dirty, i literally had frozen fries, i never received my milkshake and the waitress never came to check on us. We were also told it was only 2 waitresses but it was only 7 tables including us in the restaurant. If your servers can't handle 3/4 tables you need new ones.
