Went and had dinner on June 6th. Service was awful! Our waitress didn’t bring us any napkins, was super rude, didn’t even bring our check to us... the restaurant was dirty and bugs were flying around...

Went in with my kids and daughter ordered a chicken sandwich with fries. The oil on the sandwich was so hot that when it spilled out it burned her lip and her hand. Showed it to the manager and he said once it leaves the kitchen they are not responsible for the food. What ???? So all he offered her was some burn gel...again what??? I am puzzled on the fact that he even said they were not responsible for their food... down right worst management service ever..

Went inside to have dinner, was seated and then 20 mins later we still haven't met our waiter or been offered a drink or anything. Pretty sad that we had to leave and go thru the drive thru just to get service. Meanwhile 2 of the servers where on their cell phones, 1 leaned against the bar and 1. I thought well maybe they are taking their break, nope the lady at the counter made the comment about how she had just came in and couldn't wait to leave, the man against the would occasionally fix a drink.
