Always a great burger and atmosphere. Not that bad of a wait last night.
Service was OK, food was alright, the table was not super clean and I had to wipe a ton of crumbs off the seat before I sat down. It didn't look like it had been wiped off all day.
Fries were not as goood. Especially for it to be chilli cheese fries.
Very slow service, never recieved silverware, and food was just ok.
Service was fast even with a full house. Food is consistently good.
The food was great and the service was excellent! It was my wife and I first visit to Steak 'n Shake and we were impressed!

Tonight was not one of their best nights. Milkshakes were milk, mom didn't get her fries, and service was crap.
I love it! I drive from Thomasville for a steak burger and skinny fries. I hit the drive thru a lot too & my order has always been right the first time!
