I recently purchased food from the 300 S College Mall Rd, Bloomington, IN at approx 3am. The quality of this food was so poor. The food had obviously been allowed to sit out. I imagine probably out of the proper temperature range. I called into the store numerous times, and the phone was allowed to ring for mins before the staff would eventually hang up the phone. When I finally reached a staff member they laughed at my complaints and hung up.
The blackberry shake had no blackberry flavor at all although it was purple. There were chunks of wax -like bits in it I think were supposed to be chocolate. Yuck! For a restaurant known for it shakes I have not been impressed.
We order Chili Mac Supreme.. It had a pound of spaghetti with only about an oz. of meat on it. I ask for more meat they brought me about a tablespoon of meat and charged me a $1.00.. WTH!?!?

Our waiter was Nick, and he was awesome! Rolled with the punches, and handled my husband well. :-)
Service is always so slow, but the milk shakes are delicious.
