Beef taco salad was terrible. His burger was ok. No offer to refill our drinks. It's the ONLY steak n shake that I have been to that I did not like at all.
Worst service ever!
Some of the worst service ever. We had a party of 6 and waited well over 30 minutes to get our food. Once we got our food a family of four was seated and fed within 10 minutes. I work in Food service and would never use inadequate staffing as an excuse for poor service.
Terrible service, only 2 other customers in restaurant about 8 workers. Workers just stood around and talked. Only received half our order. We finally left. Will not be back.
Great selection of affordable meals and interesting seasonal choices. The Cajun Steakburger is a hit in my book. Job well done!
WTF Steak N' Shake? I spent a good 40 mins in your drive through patiently and didn't complain. My only special request (since all your burgers are made to order) was to cook my bacon for my burger extra well done. It was still rubber and chewy. Thanks so much! I'm sure I make a lot of the pizzas you eat and I never ignore the special instructions! I hope you enjoy getting what you pay for and wait a reasonable amount of time for. �
Food was good. Staff were polite like the food I will recommend it to my friends
The food was good ... Slow service but the man was very nice that seated is . No one came to check to see if we needed anything else . I left a tip Then stood at the counter to pay waiting !! Just need someone there to speed them up🍝🍟🌭🍔☕️
