Took my family here tonight. They have been wanting to try this place. So i gave up chilis. And we had the worst experience ever. The buns on the hamburgers were burnt, the hot dog and chili was so bad i threw it away, the onion rings looked like they were cooked in week old grease, and the French Fries. So bad we didn't eat any. What 13,14,& 16 year old kids don't eat fries. The place was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and the place had a greasy smell that made my son sick.
We need a Steak 'n Shake in Lake Charles, LA the best burgers and shakes in the business. I hope it shuts down BK, MCDs, Sonic, and Wendy's. Vote for a Lake Charles, LA location!!!
This place is disgustingly dirty! We had them refund us after seeing how gross the kitchen was thru the drive thru .
I'd recommend it to others , Love it !!

Thanks to Jasmine at the Covington, LA to surprise us with a Happy Birthday hello to my other half on his special day as we were traveling back home from a great road trip. The place was crowded but she took time out to gather co workers & join in to wish Reggie a Happy Birthday. It was great ~ thanks!
