No stars is more like it...was seated and pretty busy. Order a Coke and good...and waited...and waited. Finally, the server confirms our order and says the cook just got there. So we wait and can see/hear food being cooked. As soon as the one order is done, the cook is gone. We decided to leave-35 minutes after we placed our order. The next day, went to the one on Randall Rd. in Elgin without any issue.
Better burgers than Five Guys (and less expensive too). Fries are so-so. Loved the side salad. Milkshake great though thick.
Waited 15min for a grilled taco salad at the drive thru and I decided to get off and see and they said the order was cancel but they took my money and they wanted to give me a regular salads poor service
Horrible service!!!! And to top it all off, while waiting to pay, EVEN TBOUGH THEY SAW ME, they took someone else. I should have been a little lighter to get acknowledged there. NEVER AGAIN!!
Have been sitting here for almost an hour and a half. Just got a cup of water w a straw and kid for my kid. One waitress and barely anybody here. Sat for 35 min before even seeing our waitress. Never coming back. Ever. Fuck this place.
