The service was very bad. Took atleast 45 min to serve our meals. To top it off, someone who ate with us for sick afterwards and found a cockroach in the food. Worst experience. Will not be going back.
The atmosphere is very open the food was awesome and the staff was great! Great place to sit and conversate. I did not feel rushed, had an Wonderful evening. I recommend the sausage stuffed mushrooms appetizer and the Mahi Mahi melts in your mouth.

Had the duck. Not bad at all. My daughter had the chicken Alfredo. Lacking flavor on the pasta and the mac and cheese was flavorless as well. Good service though.

I've eaten at Steak & Grape several times and it's one of my favorite places to eat in Bakersfield when I visit. Consistently good food, I've never had a bad meal. Try the Brie and roasted garlic bruschetta and the beef tips. The beef stroganoff is great too but I don't think you can go wrong with any choice.
