I've worked with the company for 3 months and it has been largely a positive experience. They initially respond to inquiries right away to let you know they are looking into it. Services provided to clients have been good so far. Follow up response times could use improvement though. I usually give coordinators an hour and a half to two hours - sometimes pushing it to three if I really need assistance - to provide me information on my requests (which is a fair amount of time).
