That's why it's so hard to actually maintain mental health or improve mental health because when you need help the most these doctors only care about money they'll prescribe you with things and when you're having adverse reactions if your insurance doesn't come through and you can't afford it then you will just be out of luck like I am after coming here for years definitely has changed to a point where I no longer feel this would be the best place to go
I am extremely disappointed with the way this company handles patient care. Dropping a patient without proper communication , transition planning, or concern for mental health well-being is irresponsible and unethical. Mental health services require compassion, stability, and professionalism - non of which were demonstrated. Ending care abruptly , especially to someone seeking support can be harmful and destabilizing. Patients don’t deserve abandonment. I was a patient here for years and they basically canceled my appointment, blocked my calls, and billed me more than I anticipated. I have been left without medication, help, or new provider which may cost me my job. I don’t recommend their office to anyone because nobody should be taken off their medication without notice or a new provider.

I actually just started tearing up. I didn’t expect that when I started to write this. Victoria had basically saved my life and got me stable for the first time in my entire life as well. I’ve been seeing her for three years, but I hit a really bad spot this year and I got to a point in my depression where I was having ideations She was out of town for a few months, and I was to see her Associates in the meantime I hope she knows that her office staff and Associates did a lot of damage to what she built I was treated really ... read more
