This place is a scam period.. You're trying to main your health and get checked, but this place, I believe, is made to keep you from doing that. Never have an appointment, the staff doesn't like doing their job, always have excuses on why they can't see you or make you an appointment. Smh, yet they are funded by the state for what exactly??? This place can save lives
This is the best experience I’ve ever had at a medical office. The two gentleman who run front desk were extremely friendly and helpful getting me scheduled in the same week and also taking my insurance info. The practitioner I saw, Heather, was beyond friendly and professional. Very supportive and safe tone in the visit. Also, the nurse who took my info and drew my blood was likewise kind and put me at ease. This is the worst healthcare experience I have ever had. I was half way through my appointment before I was informed that I could not be seen for the services I was scheduled for and would have to leave and reschedule. There was absolutely NO communication or information provided ahead of my appointment, which could have easily prevented this from happening. So disappointing.
