I recently moved to the area and needed a new credit union. I came into STCU and felt very welcomed by the team. I worked with Jackie to get a new account set up, she was so sweet and helpful from the beginning to the end. I'm happy to have chosen STCU.
ATM deposit casinos winning over 1400, ATM never deposited it or gave me back my debit card.. Waited till 8:30 to go through the drive up window since they open at 8:30. The teller tells me two things we can do 1 is make a dispute over the phone or wait till 9am and we can deposit the money into your account. Waited 30 for another teller to tell me they can’t do that.
