We enjoyed our time living here. The townhome was a nice place to call home, and any maintenance issues were handled in a timely manner. Overall, it was a positive rental experience and we appreciated our time in the community.
We had a wonderful experience living here and are so grateful for such a positive renting experience. Our landlord was always kind, responsive, and helpful whenever we needed anything. The townhouse was comfortable, well-maintained, and truly felt like home during our time here. We would absolutely recommend renting from them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring landlord.
I really enjoyed my time at the Park Charles Townhouses! It was a very quiet and nice area. Paul was always quick to reply to any questions and he even helped me out late one night when I was locked out.
I only spent a year with St. Charles Rent, but it was a great experience to rent with them. Their prompt and friendly staff made sure all my needs and questions were taken care of without delay.
Had a really great experience renting from St. Charles Rents. They take excellent care of the property and are quick to resolve any maintenance calls. Very professional and efficient.
