I have never been more disrespected and dismissed as I was at the Naugatuck Dental office. The dentist treated me like a child and after I tried to explain to him that the dentist at the Waterbury office, who did the actual extractions gave me different instructions than what he was telling me, he said, “well you can listen to him or me, it’s up to you. This is extremely concerning how there are such a contrast of good an bad. Unfortunately someone as myself doesn't have time or patience to play games with doctors. If there are more than 5 bad reviews all talking about the lady at the front desk, then the lady at the front desk is making you guys lose customers, including myself because I have no patience for disrespect especially when you are just trying to get help. Unacceptable

I do not have dental insurance which is why I was advised to go to Staywell. Big mistake. I explained to the 2 women working the front desk, several times, I do not have dental insurance. They flat out refused to believe me. I showed them my medical insurance card which clearly shows I do not have dental insurance. I brought in paystubs/proof of work. Still, the 2 women working the counter refused to believe me. Therefore we now have to pay a dental bill we cannot afford BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE! I was also the... read more
