1 Star – Completely Unreliable and Unprofessional StayWell Health has canceled or rescheduled three dental appointments in a row for my father — three times, at both the Naugatuck and Waterbury, CT locations. Each time, I had to take PTO from work, only to find out at the very last minute that the dentist just didn’t show up. No explanation, no accountability. I have never been more disrespected and dismissed as I was at the Naugatuck Dental office. The dentist treated me like a child and after I tried to explain to him that the dentist at the Waterbury office, who did the actual extractions gave me different instructions than what he was telling me, he said, “well you can listen to him or me, it’s up to you.
