Checked in for our anniversary weekend staycation and I was really impressed! Shout out to Brian for the excellent guest experience!! He welcomed us and help us check in smoothly!! (this guy is an asset to your team). Also got a complimentary wine from Yesha coz were celebrating our anniversary weekend! (this is just awesome and made our day!) Nice clean rooms with comfortable bedding. Rooms are small and the luggage was piling up. Hated the open shower concept as I felt it was messy. The lounge is beautiful and the staff attentive. The near by area is a little sketch, especially at night with a lot of homeless and drug use.
Very friendly staff. Our favorite staff member was Nixxy and poured us some really excellent wine!. Very knowlegable, helpful and really outgoing. Love the name Nixxy.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in San Francisco! The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and great restaurants. The staff were absolutely fantastic — friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting San Francisco!
So thrilled with our experience at StayPineapple. Nikka was amazing! The service from the friendly staff and attention to every stunning art deco detail made me feel like a VIP in every way. Super convenient union square experience. Close to everything!
