Our family of 4, including 2 kids, stayed at this apartment for about 3 months. The location is great, with a tram stop right in front and a Woolworths nearby. The view is beautiful, but opening the windows can be noisy because of the nearby motorway. Even with the windows closed, we could still hear some noise at night, which might bother people who need a quiet sleep. The dining table wasn't very steady, especially for kids. Overall, it was a nice place for our long stay, and the people managing it were really good.

I have a great appreciation for the time and effort Chris MacDonald put into fixing a major miscommunication. First off Chris and I thought that the reservations for my apartment had been completed. Unfortunately, after traveling from the Eastern part of the United States, I arrived in Melbourne with no reservations. Located in arts precinct. This apartment has everything you need. Well maintained and very close to the city with tram stop just outside the building. Host Chris is very responsive and quick to rectify any issues or queries. Downstairs coffee shop makes great coffees and ideal to take upstairs to the terrace and take in the view on a sunny day. Would definitely stay again

Stay Central Apartment on Southbank was absolutely fantastic lm staying 8 days l was very happy with the whole apartment it has everything you need, it’s spacious, great view, clean, a bonus of having a car park was brilliant thank you
