We just checked in the hotel. We are very impressed with the view and the hotel and the quality of service right away. We are from Houston and we were going to stay at the NYLO Hotel downtown. But MY sweetheart wanted to come to this one in Plano. Good we did, because it was everything we thought it would be! Great customer service from Chris at front desk. What a great start to my Sweethearts 54th Birthday which is on Thursday September 8th, 2016. Very pleased!
This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The service is exceptional. The breakfest is amazing. The outdoor area with fireplace pergola and eating areas are outstanding. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. We have had such a rewarding experience we will definitely come back again. The only drawback is is that there is no hot tub. Very Nice with Indoor Heated Pool, Exercise/Weight Room. Nice Business Center also.
Suites have no bathroom fan, bartender was rude and night staff hard to reach.
