I booked this hotel because it was closest to the stadium for the Cotton Bowl, but I am having a business emergency and had to cancel my trip and the hotel even with over 24 hour notice is refusing to refund the funds paid. As a world traveler with over 1.5 million points in my IHG account this is absurd and wrong.
Decent Hotel
Desiree is a blessing to have at this location. I initially had problems getting the room, but Desiree took care of me. She is big asset to your company! Because of her, I will be staying in this hotel again and recommending others to stay here!! Kudos to you Desiree!!
